The black and white influenced us a lot. Most of the best zombie films to us are the old school, not the remakes. The newer stuff is not that different,just better graphics and effects. I think that the old stuff is more gory and looks more scary
We looked at this old film for the idea of our zombie character to rise out of the grave after saying his name 3 times
