This is the final version in black and white and has a aging effect done in pinnicle studios.

This version is in colour and has had a bit of tweaking done.
It has a heavy breathing ambient noise, and with parts sped up and sections added in

we were thinking of doing a spoof version. This is a scene of what we was going to add in

The black and white influenced us a lot. Most of the best zombie films to us are the old school, not the remakes. The newer stuff is not that different,just better graphics and effects.
I think that the old stuff is more gory and looks more scary

We looked at this old film for the idea of our zombie character to rise out of the grave after saying his name 3 times

christina: are you hurt? whats that mark on your neck?

alex: oh, its just a scrape, il be fine

they run and sit down behind a big rock

christina: (looks at alex out of breath from running) alex are you ok? alex

storyline 1- awaking the zombie

christina and alex are walking home from college.
Christina: shall we take a shortcut through the graveyard its so much quicker?
alex: yeah alrite then
christina: (talkin about day at college)
alex: have you heard about the stories that go on in this graveyard?
christina: no why, what are the stories?
alex: well supposedly there is a zombie that comes to life if you say his name 3 times.
christina: ok then wheres his grave and we'l try it, not that its anything more than a myth.
alex: thats it over there (points and walks to it)
christina: tim, tim, tim. what ever can we go now
christina: come on lets go home

cuts to alexs face, christina gets bitten by alex, end

Zombie walks past camera, christina walks towards camera, christina screams for help from a pay phone, zombie comes after christina, christina runs and falls on knees

zombie behind alex, zombie goes to bite alex, zombie bites and alex screams, christina screams,camera showing wood land, christina runs past looking back and screaming

and St Steven Church Kirkstall
With Expressed permission .....(They left the gate open)

We picked these locations as they were very well suited to the look we were after scenes with obvious history

Our Horror Movie


We will be making a movie along the lines of an urban legend
the rough outline will be a male and female Characters take a trip to a grave yard
reason as yet unknown perhaps tell each other a scary story of chanting someones name so many time they return from the dead and Claim there souls

filming with mainly take place in a grave yard
a phone box and just before a arriving at village
sites yet to be determined

Blood

for our scene we will be needing lots of blood
we will attempt to make our own blood out of the following ingredients from google,

You will need:

1 3/4 C corn syrup
1/4 C water
2 tsp. liquid red food coloring
8-10 drops liquid blue food coloring
1/4 C sifted corn starch

Due to this blood ruining cloths
old ones or charity shop cloths will have to be obtained
